- Act as the main point of contact for its portfolio of assigned customers
- Actively contribute to the establishment and development of strong and lasting customer relationships
- Ensure smooth, proactive and transparent communication with internal and external customers
- Enter orders into the system and carry out any necessary follow-up
- Handle and follow up development/quotation requests
- Record complaints and follow up with customers to contribute to their satisfaction
- Collect and analyze sales data, establish sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal partners to respond to various customer requests
- Support customers in their continuous improvement projects, proposing solutions tailored to their needs
- Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and innovations in the rubber manufacturing sector.
