- Own forecasting and planning processes, incorporating strategic project impacts.
- Maintain full accountability for internal controls and accurate financial reporting (payroll, capital expenditures, inventory, etc.).
- Report to both local operations and corporate leadership, translating results into business decisions.
- You have hands on experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- You are comfortable with large ERP systems, proficient with Power BI, and advanced Excel enabling deep analytical storytelling.
- Youre analytically curious with a knack for building relationships across departments.
- You possess or are pursuing a CPA designation, supported by a solid base in business or finance.
- You're energized by a collaborative environment where mentorship and improvement are key values.
