Summary:Kicking Horse Mountain Resort - Winter 2025/26You are a detail oriented, reliable individual who will be responsible for the daily audit and handling of the Resort's revenues. You will work closely with our revenue generating departments to ensure all records are accurate and recorded appropriately.Job Description:You are a detail oriented, reliable individual who will be responsible for the daily audit and handling of the Resort's revenues. You will work closely with our revenue generating departments to ensure all records are accurate and recorded appropriately.This role is a part-time position of 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Due to the timing of cash outs being submitted, shifts must be completed in the morning, as opposed to the afternoon or evening.You Will:
  • Audit and track all revenue collected within the resort.
  • Perform cash handling duties (including counting, balancing, placing and fulfilling coin orders, etc.).
  • Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
You Have:
  • Previous experience with cash handling and reporting.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to provide a criminal record check.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (an asset).
  • Experience working in resorts, recreation, hotels, or tourism industries (an asset)
