Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, and complete month-end/year-end processes and reporting for various legal entities.
Prepare annual budgets and longer-term planning/forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports (management and performance reporting) and packages for senior leadership.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Mentor a team of Senior Accountants and provide leadership and support to their tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally from a small to mid-sized client facing organization
A candidate coming from public accounting, private equity, or asset management is preferred but not required
CPA Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Proficiency with accounting software required; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
Growth mindset and looking to take on new challenges
High level of organization and detail orientation
Strong communication skills
