- Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations.
- Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program.
- Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
- Supports the submittals process and other relevant contract processes.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with document management and control.
- Exposure to document management workflows and systems (preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
- Ability to function in a high demand environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Available to work 5 days in office at client site
