Brief Description:Our employer partners with wellness and better-for-you brands to build meaningful growth, from distributor placement to retail execution.They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Administrator / Inside Sales professional to support their growing business. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has advanced Microsoft Office skills, and enjoys both administrative work and proactive sales outreach.Job Function:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Manage and update customer accounts, price lists, and sales reports
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and retailer submissions
- Process orders and coordinate with distributors and retailers
- Track promotions, deductions, and trade spend
- Maintain CRM and internal sales databases
- Conduct inside sales outreach to retailers and follow up on leads
- Support account follow-ups, new listings, and promotional execution
- Manage National Account Portals
Job Requirement:Experience
- 3+ years experience in sales administration and/or inside sales, or office management
- Experience with CRM is an asset
- Experience in CPG, natural health, or broker environment is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables)
- Comfortable working with artwork files (PDFs, vector files)
- Can make simple layout edits and prepare mockups (Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Stays calm under deadlines and enjoys problem-solving
- Professional and confident communicator with clients and vendors
