Senior Field Sales Representative (Part-Time)Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour + Commission
Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and professional Senior Field Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through in-person outreach and relationship building. This is a field-intensive role requiring daily visits to prospective clients across assigned territories within the Greater Toronto Area.RequirementsTarget Industries

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled visits and cold outreach to potential clients
  • Present Upstaff’s staffing services and value proposition
  • Identify client workforce needs and hiring gaps
  • Generate qualified leads and secure client meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Operations Managers, and Administrators
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Track outreach activities and maintain sales pipeline records
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies
  • Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Comfortable with door-to-door business development
Compensation & Benefits
