Provide hands-on technical support for internal users and customers, troubleshooting issues across networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware systems. Configure and maintain network equipment, IP-based security systems, and access control solutions while supporting field installations and managing tickets end-to-end.

  • Microsoft 365 environment
  • Configure andprogramcustomerequipment,including:
  • Network switches
  • Backhaul systems
  • Wireless access points
  • Subscriber modules
  • Setup and manageIP-basedsecurity solutions:
  • IP cameras and associated servers
  • Access control systems, including configuration of rules and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to installed solutions
  • Collaborate with field technicians to support new installations and deployments
  • Accurately log, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing system

  • 2-5+ years of experience in technical support, networking, or a similar role
  • Strongunderstandingof:
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switching, wireless)
  • Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Experience configuring network hardware and/or security systems (cameras, access control)
  • Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
  • Experience working within a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Nice to Have
  • Experience with wireless ISP (WISP) or telecom environments
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft certifications)
  • Experience supporting field deployments or working with field technicians
