- Setup and manageIP-basedsecurity solutions:
- IP cameras and associated servers
- Access control systems, including configuration of rules and permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to installed solutions
- Collaborate with field technicians to support new installations and deployments
- Accurately log, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing system
- 2-5+ years of experience in technical support, networking, or a similar role
- Strongunderstandingof:
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switching, wireless)
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Experience configuring network hardware and/or security systems (cameras, access control)
- Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
- Experience working within a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Experience with wireless ISP (WISP) or telecom environments
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft certifications)
- Experience supporting field deployments or working with field technicians
