This role is responsible for managing a brand/vendor on Amazon.ca and driving growth of the business. It includes inventory management, forecast generation, product launches, pricing, and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the vendor and Amazon.ca.Vendor Managers will also conceive, create and analyze a wide range of marketing campaigns to drive vendor growth, brand awareness, customer conversion and topline revenue on Amazon.ca. Marketing activities would include:
· Create comprehensive marketing proposals
· Search engine optimization (SEO)
· Social media Campaigns
· Email campaign creation and analytics
· Create and execute promotional strategiesVendor Manager roles are in the General Management career path at Amazon. This Vendor Manager (SVS- Strategic Vendor Services) role is entry level (L4) within this career path. The general management career path offers the opportunity for advancement into a variety of roles including Marketing/Merchandising, Vendor Management, Product Management and Inventory Management.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Toronto, ON, CANBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)
- Experience in online retail
