Our family of four is a bilingual household that speaks both English and Spanish. As a mother who works from home full time, I will always be present and available. The father of the family also works from home occasionally, around 2 days per week. Our desired schedule takes place from Monday to Friday, for a five hour time block starting from noon until 5 pm daily. As we slowly adapt to a new routine, the timing may be adjusted a little according to our convenience. This role is specifically focused on childcare, there will be no requirement for general housekeeping or involved cooking from your end. Your main tasks would involve providing attentive care for our little ones, assisting with diaper changes, dressing and hygiene, and also soothing them to sleep when required. When it comes to feeding, your responsibilities will include preparing simple snacks, such as cutting fruit and serving yogurt. You will be asked to assist with feeding meals and snacks to the twins, prepare bottles, and supervise bottle-feeding. With respect to games and development, we would like for you to plan and facilitate age-appropriate daily activities. We believe in inculcating a healthy screen time routine and would prefer that there be minimal to no screen time for our boys. Post mealtime, we'd prefer you to clean the eating area, organize the play area, and load the bottle washer. Occasionally, you're also expected to join us for park outings and errands. Kindly note, there is no need for a driver's license for this position and this job does not include the use of an automobile. We are looking for a candidate who can start by 30th of April, 2026.
