Your mastery of the electric pallet truck and your attention to detail will ensure smooth management of shipments, having a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations.Our ExpectationsReporting to the Operations Manager of the St‑Hyacinthe Distribution Centre, the Supply chain Clerk provides support for the site’s operational activities, including inventory, shipping, and receiving. The role is versatile and requires close collaboration with various teams.The RoleInventoryPerform daily cycle counts.Analyze and correct inventory discrepancies.Make inventory adjustments in our systems (Sidma).Ensure proper product identification.Conduct loading audits.Operations Support – Shipping / BillingCreate delivery routes in collaboration with the transportation team.Confirm trailer availability.Distribute routes to order pickers.Make required corrections in our systems (Sidma) as needed.Complete final billing for shipments.Scan and file documentation.Complete productivity tracking.Operations Support – ReceivingWelcome carriers upon arrival.Notify unloading teams.Confirm received quantities in our systems (Sidma).Archive all documentation.Manage carrier appointments (email and calendar).Apply procedures related to rail carriers (CN/CP).Required Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply chain field or related fieldStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.Strong team spirit and effective communication skills.Availability to provide coverage on the evening shift (4 to 6 weeks per year).By joining the RONA family, you’ll enjoy many benefits, such as:An inclusive and safe working environmentPromotion of work-life balanceExclusive employee discountsBenefits: insurance (certain conditions apply), annual salary review, etc.Opportunities for advancement within the companyAn employer that’s involved in the communityTeamwork and ongoing trainingA comprehensive training program for all new hiresA student incentive programAnd much more!If selected for an interview, please advise our Human Resources team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
