
Snr. Project Manager (Land Projects)

- Lead the daily operations of ground improvement projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Develop and monitor construction schedules to ensure project progress and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements, handling revisions and changes effectively.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to manage schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain job cost, profit, and forecasting estimates, supporting accounting and management functions.
- Act as a client liaison, assisting in business development, and ensuring efficient resource deployment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and perform field assignments as needed.
- Uphold a strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment standards.
- University degree or diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Currently registered or eligible to register as an AScT or EIT/P.Eng. in the province of BC
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience with geotechnical engineering experience.
- Nice to have experience in CFA ground improvement and secant piles.
- Proficiency in ground improvement techniques, foundations, earth retaining structures, and driven piles.
- Solid experience in contract management, scheduling, and financial aspects of projects.
- Familiarity with obtaining government approvals and trade standards.
- Strong project management, communication, and time management skills
