- Design and implement network solutions including routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless systems using Cisco technologies.
- Configure and manage Cisco devices to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues such as connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement using industry-standard network monitoring tools.
- Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand network needs and deliver timely support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and procedures and provide training to other IT staff as needed.
- Implement and uphold network security policies and procedures to protect corporate assets and data.
- Continuously update skills by staying informed on the latest Cisco technologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively configure and manage Cisco devices.
- Proven experience in identifying and resolving network issues efficiently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT teams and engage effectively with business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
