- Partner strategically with leadership teams to provide expert guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support and manage employee relations, including handling performance management, absenteeism, and workplace investigations.
- Coach and advise leaders on navigating complex and sensitive people-related situations.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure consistency in policies, practices, and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to foster trust, alignment, and effective communication.
- Champion a people-centric approach while balancing operational and business needs.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent development strategies that support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while promoting best practices.
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation to enhance the employee experience.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this role.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist position.
- Proven expertise in handling employee relations and facilitating complex workplace discussions.
- Strong ability to advise and influence leaders across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, empathy, and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP designation) or progress toward obtaining one is considered an asset.
