Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with R&D and Production to optimize line performance.
Apply programming and lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
Ensure all processes meet BRC and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Food Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in food manufacturing; food extrusion expertise is required.
Hands-on experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with BRC standards, CAD software, and PLC basics.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and collaboration skills.Employment DetailsSchedule: Rotational Shifts, Monday to Friday
