Master Data Operator

• Gather all vital information for routings, including header material, work centers, and operational values required for material production.

• Ensure PRTs are mapped for all operational activities
• Gather information on all components required to produce header material at specific plants
• Build, change, and manage ECMs when advised that a BOM or routing is required, production versions
• Ensure ECM captures master data changes for accessible history
• Combine header material BOM with routing in production versions
• Identify costed production versions for finance and scheduling purposes
• Ensure work centers are updated for manufacturing and finance purposes

• Help complete the master data management strategy, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation goals

• Implement master data standards, processes, and governance models to maintain data integrity
• Participate in regular data quality reviews, implementing corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce inconsistencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing data-related workflows and system functionalities
• Assist with planning and completing data migration projects, following data standards and quality benchmarks

• Serve as a point of contact for master data-related inquiries, supporting resolution efforts and maintaining clear communication with collaborators

• Post-secondary education
• Experience in change management processes related to data management initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-related issues
• Proven experience in managing master data within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
