- Manage the profitable operation of a retail store, with a focus on associate recruitment, hiring, training, and development in both operations and merchandising.
- Perform all opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
- Execute all operational and merchandising directives communicated from the Store Support Center.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, signage, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Protect company assets while delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty and trust.
- Maximize sales potential while controlling expenses and shrink.
- Drive creative problem-solving in associate development, merchandise display, and overall store performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior retail management experience, preferably in hardlines or variety merchandise.
- BIG BOX retail experience is a plus.
- Strong productivity management skills in freight processing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
