
SuccessFactors Applications Consultant - EC, Learning and HR Pay ECC

- Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience with Learning items, curricula, assignment profiles, and scheduled offerings
- Understanding of LMS user roles, security, and approval workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues related to learning assignments, completions, and user access
- Exposure to Plateau Report Designer or LMS reporting tools
- Familiarity with SAP SF Integration Center and LMS connector configurations
- Proficient in EC Core configurations, including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
- Experience with Position Management, Event Reason Derivation, and Propagation Rules
- Familiarity with EC Benefits setup and employee data management
- Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing.
- Support organizational and system changes ensuring payroll processes remain intact and compliant.
- Work closely with the client to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving sustainment issues to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to align with business processes and regulatory requirements including Year-end T4/T4A related processing.
- Proficient in debugging, editing, and writing payroll rules and schemas.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving replication related issues between SF EC and ECC.
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Experience in year-end process and know how to read and write payroll rules and schemas
