Our client, a Perio office is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who is dedicated to patient care.Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Hygiene Coordinator to join our close-knit team at a leading Periodontal practice! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a welcoming, caring, and positive experience. While experience in the dental field is a plus, we’re most excited to find someone who is genuinely customer-centric and enjoys interacting with people.What We’re Looking For:

About the Role:
  • Position: Hygiene Coordinator (Dental Receptionist)
  • Location: McCowan/Ellesmere (Free parking!)
  • Hours:
  • Mon: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Tues: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Wed & Thurs: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they walk in.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments via phone and email—being the go-to person for patient needs.
  • Managing patient communications: You’ll follow up to confirm appointments and answer any questions about treatments and the practice.
  • Support with insurance and treatment plans: Submit predeterminations, verify procedures, process payments, and manage insurance claims.
  • Maintain patient records and keep them up-to-date with accuracy.
  • Be a key part of the team: Help with maintaining a clean and organized reception area, order supplies, and assist with any other duties that support the office.
