If you're experienced with troubleshooting complex systems, fabricating parts, and keeping production lines running like clockwork we want to hear from you.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns across pneumatic, hydraulic, and power transmission systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals for repairs and installationsPerform routine preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtimeOperate lathes, milling machines, and welding tools for part fabrication and repair workMaintain production equipment to meet safety, sanitation, and performance standardsCollaborate with operations staff to ensure seamless production support during runtimeParticipate in equipment improvement projects to boost safety, performance, and longevityComplete detailed work orders using a computerized maintenance system (CMMS)Ensure your work area remains clean, organized, and hazard-freeFollow all lockout/tagout (LOTO), food safety, and occupational safety proceduresWhat You BringRed Seal certification (preferred)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-speed production setting
Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Skilled with machining, fabrication, and various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
Comfortable with preventative maintenance protocols
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook)
Strong team player with a collaborative attitude and clear communication skills
Self-driven with a knack for solving problems under pressureNice to HaveExperience in the food manufacturing sector
Basic electrical knowledge
