Job Description:We are seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead initiatives that transform finance processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP implementations or upgrades, a strong understanding of finance operations, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects. This role will report to the Finance Transformation Lead and work closely with IT, finance, and business stakeholders. This is a long term contract.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including SAP implementation, upgrade, or optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define business requirements, process improvements, and system configurations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive adoption and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance transformation projects, with at least 2 years of experience in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or relevant modules).
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and planning & analysis.
  • Proven project management skills, including PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
