- Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including SAP implementation, upgrade, or optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define business requirements, process improvements, and system configurations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive adoption and change management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation projects, with at least 2 years of experience in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or relevant modules).
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and planning & analysis.
- Proven project management skills, including PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
