As part of the dynamic team, under the supervision of a psychologist, the Behaviour Therapist will be involved in behavioural assessment, program development, implementation, evaluation, and consultation with community caregivers.Qualifications1. Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology with comparable training in a related field; Master's degree in Psychology preferred
2. Clinical experience in applied behaviour analysis and significant experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities are essential
3. Knowledge of behaviour therapy approaches in children and adults
4. Excellent verbal communication skills
5. Experience in research and development an asset
6. Valid Driver's license
7. Willingness to participate in a criminal reference screening process
8. Fluency in French will be considered an asset9. Must be able to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS)As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Employee Health Services.
