o Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships to understand their business needs and talent challenges.
o Act as a trusted advisor by delivering strategic hiring solutions tailored to each client's goals.Business Development & Sales:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
o Utilize CRM tools and sales techniques to build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.Collaboration & Talent Strategy:
o Partner with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
o Contribute to internal strategy sessions to improve service offerings and client engagement tactics.Market Research & Insights:
o Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and labor market dynamics to advise clients effectively.
o Leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:Education & Experience:
o A degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
o 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or recruitment-preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g.Vincere, Salesforce, Bullhorn) and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital outreach platforms is an asset.Key Competencies:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
o A self-starter with a consultative approach and a professional network in one or more of our core client industries; energy, construction, engineering, commercial property management or government.
