- Wine Knowledge of WSET 2 or WSET 3 is an asset

- Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists
- Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team.
- Ensure all JAK's standards are met and exceeded, resulting in an outstanding retail experience.
- Participate in the hiring process through collaboration with the store manager and/or Human Resources
- Communicate and achieve the budgeted key performance indicators for your team
- Create and implement customer-focused business strategies
- Participate in the performance management process and conduct regular performance reviews
