Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain team located in Vaughan, ON (hybrid) as a Supply Chain Analyst.The successful candidate will make an impact by driving the supply chain planning process forward, including areas such as: Supplier Management, Internal and External Customer collaboration, procurement, and will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service by managing forecasts, procurement, customer demand and inventory levels.For more information on what it is like to work for us, please watch this video:Your Contributions to the Organization will be to:Execute a collaborative process with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, share information, address issues and concernsResponsible for event management, execution of new and discontinued items, reporting and analyticsAbility to work and build strong relationships with internal customers, sources of supply, and business peersEffectively manage inventory to provide high levels of customer service while also maximizing inventory turnoverPerform all supply planning for assigned portfolio and issue purchase orders to suppliers and ensure timely deliveryExpedite, prioritize, and optimize inventory to ensure we meet or exceed our stated customer service levelsAssist in the resolution of issues involving order promising, deviations to planned inventory levels, establishment and utilization of safety stock, and customer delivery difficultiesIdentifying opportunities for process improvements that improve service, speed or cost, through analysis of supply chain information and metricsDecision-making: involves understanding business/customer needs, identifying problem areas, analyzing supply chain parameters and working with management to support business strategies and customer needsCommunication and follow up with other areas of the supply chain to ensure product flowThis Job might be for you if you have:A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field preferred3+ years of Supply Chain experience (Planner, Materials Planning, Demand Forecasting, etc.) preferredIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, linking, macros, etc.)Self-motivated, solid time management, computer and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and leadership skills (verbal, written and presentation)Demonstrated analytical capabilities to turn data into insight and insight into actionExperience using forecasting tools (like JDA, Manugistics, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis)Experience using SAPAPICS certification or SCMA designation of in the process of completing preferredProven ability to make continuous improvements (Lean Six Sigma) preferredOur Employees all benefit from:Full dental and health benefits including life insurance from day 1Pension plan with employer matching after 3 months of employmentIncentive plan participationPaid vacation and sick daysTuition reimbursementAnticipated pay range: $57,300 - $76,400Bonus: YesThis role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
