- Present Vena Solutions' product demonstrations to prospective customers;
- Meet with prospective customers, clarify business requirements and customize demo content appropriately;
- Work closely with the Sales Team to evaluate and assist in sales strategy and solution recommendations;
- Support the build and enhancement of Vena' demonstration assets;
- Guide staff in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and lead in POC presentations;
- Assist with development of proposals and responses to RFI and RFP documents;
- Leverage your understanding of competitive products and technology and how to position Vena in Sales presentations.
- Travel (as needed) to customers that require in-person presentations
- 5+ years' related work experience; preferably a proven track record with working with or at a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) vendor;
- Strong grasp of the types of financial applications that Vena Solutions implements i.e. budgeting, planning, forecasting, month end close, financial reporting, consolidations, FP&A, etc.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
- Familiarity with HR, CAPEX, Month End Close, Financial Consolidation and vertical performance management themes;
- Advanced Excel skills - ability to create complex formulas, macros and sophisticated formatting;
- Ability to gather and understand the prospective customer's requirements, leveraging a consultative approach, and convert those requirements into an effective demonstration;
- Comfortable with presenting to and talking with C-level executives;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to communicate concepts effectively;
- Ability to effectively deliver technical information to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge;
- Self-learner, with sense of initiative, and perseverance to deliver high quality work
