Your day-to-day:

Assemble food service items as per standard recipe.

Use weighing scales for weight checks when required.

Record QA documents in real time.

Package and label prepared products for distribution.

Clean and prepare fresh produce items.

Clean and sanitize all equipment and fixture surfaces as per provincial and company standards.

Perform daily sanitation of the facility.

Follow allergen policy and perform daily checks (Critical control points and control points).

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and follow GMP and food safety regulations.

What you bring:

Attention to detail and final product presentation.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Experience with food service equipment such as wrapping machines, metal detectors, conveyor belts, thermometers, and weighing scales.

Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in cold environments for extended periods.
