Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant contractor to join their project immediately and will run until January 2026 with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the intersection between finance and security in enterprise systems, along with hands-on experience in finance-related SAP projects. Familiarity with SAP modules such as Expense Ledgers and other financial components. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement security models within the SAP Finance environment.
  • Ensure proper integration of security controls across finance operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align security design with financial business processes.
  • Support the secure integration of connectivity as part of ongoing project roll out.
  • Experience designing and implementing role-based security models in SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of security integration within finance operations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Identify and remediate vulnerabilities at the intersection of finance and system security, conducting periodic access reviews and audit trails.
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues for financial transactions and reporting.
