- Job Description
- Monitor public and private bid sites to maintain active list of open opportunities.
- Maintain and share opportunity lists and monitor WC Proposals inbox.
- Collaborate with business leaders on key pursuits and pre-release strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in Go/No-Go meetings and follow-up meetings.
- Draft, review, and refine proposal content for clarity and compliance.
- Maintain proposal library, including project sheets and resumes Lead Tier 1 and assist on Tier 2 proposals (simple to medium complexity).
- Provide end-to-end proposal support, including debrief meetings.
- Refine non-technical content, overall layout, formatting, and design/visual appeal of proposal documents in Word and/or InDesign.
- Build and maintain relationships with WC business partners and internal clients.
- Manage document libraries and maintain records for proposals, submissions, and results.
- Profile
- Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in proposals or marketing in a consulting-focused organization
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, including handling unexpected and urgent priorities while maintaining proposal quality
- Superior document formatting and design skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign an asset)
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
