- Own and operate the Enterprise APM program end-to-end, using industry-leading tooling (LeanIX, ServiceNow, Apptio etc)., managing and maintaining operational KPI/OKRs for APM
- Define and maintain the application taxonomy, lifecycle stages, and rationalization criteria across the Enterprise’s application portfolio
- Establish and maintain APM data quality standards, ensuring accurate integration of sources and lifecycle metadata across all lines of business, supporting the data hub strategy
- Design, implement, and continuously mature the Enterprise architecture governance framework, encompassing review boards, decision rights, standards bodies, escalation paths, and operating model documentation to ensure alignment
- Evolve Architecture Review Boards, supporting the evolution of best practices and integration with overall Enterprise Architecture control plane
- Manage and enforce the technology architecture reference model (TRM) and guidance patterns, with clear enforcement mechanisms integrated with internal controls
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and internal standards and ensure existing internal architecture controls are compliant (OSFI B-13, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) and collaborate with Information Security, Risk Management, and Internal Audit as required
- Lead a team of 3-5, supporting and building a high-performing culture that values collaboration, intellectual rigor, and continuous learning
- Proven track record of owning and maturing an APM program at Enterprise scale (10,000+ applications)
- Demonstrated experience designing and operating an Enterprise architecture control framework including ARB governance, internal controls, exception management, and architecture KRI reporting
- Proven written and oral communication skills; ability to influence decisions and outcomes and adapt information and communication based on audience
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented, with a bias to action, with strong time management capabilities
- University Bachelor's degree; Computer Science, Business, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Master's degree strongly preferred
- Atleast 3-5yrs of direct people management experience, including operational and technical staff
- Experience in a matrixed environment, preferably a large publicly-traded corporation
- Ability to facilitate and influence key decision makers, and collaborate with business, functions and risk partners
- TOGAF 9.2 or TOGAF 10 certification
- Certified in one or more cloud platforms: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
