  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in catering and conference services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven sales and business development acumen
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
  • Proficiency in event planning software and technology
