- Translate keyword and ranking performance into business impact
- Own digital lead generation programs end-to-end
- Identify friction points in the funnel and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the Web team to improve on-site conversion
- Build and prioritize an experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, CRO initiatives)
- Ensure reliable tracking architecture (GA4, GTM, pixels, CRM integration)
- Strengthen attribution and performance measurement models
- Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop performance dashboards for leadership visibility
- Evaluate and optimize AI-driven tools such as chatbots
- Identify automation and personalization opportunities to increase efficiency and conversion
- Scalable, efficient acquisition programs

- 5–8+ years in digital performance, growth marketing, or acquisition
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid media and analytics
- Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and landing pages
- Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing data
- Experience working with SEO strategies and external partners
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
- Look at the entire funnel, not just one channel
- Connect traffic, UX, data, and automation into one cohesive growth strategy
