- Manage daily operations of a large-scale facility (300+ employees), ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor plant management team; promote training and career growth.
- Drive productivity through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce waste.
- Uphold product standards, support ISO certifications, and enforce SOPs and safety protocols.
- Oversee annual operating budget of approx.100 million, monitor costs, and lead capital planning for equipment and improvements.
- Champion ESG goals and maintain a zero-incident safety culture through audits and compliance.
- Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, R&D, etc.) to align operations and support new product launches.
- Demonstrates mature judgment, self-awareness, and the courage to make principled decisions and resolve conflicts effectively

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (MBA or technical certification is an asset). Pollard Experience and continued Education certifications in the above fields may be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations of similar complexity in another manufacturing industry or at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the print or packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving plant performance, and managing complex operations.
- Proficient with ERP/MES systems, strong analytical skills, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Strong knowledge of print production processes (flexo, digital, finishing) are of significant importance.
- Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to delegate, motivate, and drive results.
