
Change Management and Communications Lead II

Position Type: Remote🔹 Key Responsibilities:Communications
- Develop and deliver stakeholder communications (emails, presentations, scripts, newsletters, Viva Engage posts)
- Manage approval workflows and ensure timely delivery
- Support senior leaders with communication planning
- Maintain SharePoint sites and other digital content
- Create multimedia content (audio/video) and templates
- Align with Public Affairs for brand and communication standards
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements and change management networks
- Plan and execute campaigns, events, and informational sessions
- Support ERP Program team with leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Lead meetings and synthesize stakeholder input into actionable plans
- University degree or professional designation in Communications, Business, or Change Management
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with Enbridge operations
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or IBM Maximo
- Certifications: PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education
