- Lead sound designers in planning, organizing sound design-related content & capacity planning.
- Ensure creative and technical alignment with the audio director and other sound designers, execute and help define the details of the project audio direction.
- Work closely with the technical audio team to contribute the design of systems, tools and workflows to maximize quality and use of resources.
- Drive the creative and technical kick-off and review process and oversee the work of other audio team members contributing to areas of ownership.
- Give clear creative feedback to help people grow and align.
- Ensure best practices and sound design knowledge is shared among the sound design team.
- Be a central point of communication between the wider team and the sound design team and advocate for the sound design team to the wider team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key collaborators.
- Coordinate and lead meetings.
- As a leader in the audio department, ensure that you and your team are an example to others of company values.
- Coordinate sound design outsourcing.
- Mentor/Coach team members in sound design.
- Proactively deal with problems and risks.
- 8+ years' experience in AAA sound design.
- At least 1 AAA title shipped in an Audio Lead / Sound Design Lead role.
- A passion for game audio.

- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding and experience of UE5, Blueprints, Wwise and technical audio systems.
- Good audio control logic design & scripting ability.
- Advanced knowledge of DAWs such as Pro Tools and Reaper, as well as sample editors and plug-ins.
- Strong understanding of theoretical and practical audio engineering principles & techniques.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a critical eye for detail.
- Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to embrace change for a fast-growing organization.
- Ability to partner with a diverse group of personalities effectively and constructively.
- The ability to problem-solve and prioritize issues while developing a production pipeline
