About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Business Modernization Program Manager - Supply Chain for a 36-month contract.About the Opportunity
  • Leads internal efforts focused on improving how work is planned, coordinated, and executed across multiple areas. Supports alignment of processes, information, and supporting capabilities to enable more effective day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Establishes structured approaches for organizing work, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment across teams. Works with functional and operational leaders to guide implementation of changes and ensure consistency in how activities are carried out.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external service providers to support delivery of cross-functional efforts in line with organizational priorities.
  • Act as a coordination point across teams, helping align activities and resolve interdependencies.
  • Establish and maintain structured approaches for tracking progress and supporting internal visibility.
  • Engage stakeholders at various levels to support alignment and effective decisions.
  • Prepare materials to support discussions and ensure follow-through on actions.
  • Define and monitor progress indicators and adjust plans as needed.
  • Support changes impacting roles, training, and communication.
  • Coordinate collaboration across internal teams and external providers.
  • Support leadership updates and internal review sessions.
  • Maintain tracking of key risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Promote consistent ways of working across teams.
  • Support planning and monitoring of timelines and resource use.
  • Ensure alignment with internal plans and expectations.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of external support where required.
About You
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience coordinating complex, multi-team efforts in large organizations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to support teams through change
  • Clear and structured communication
