Central Alberta Youth Unlimited exists to bring the Hope of Jesus to youth, facilitating Wholeness through mentoring relationships.The part-time Incline Ministry Staff will minister to youth and families involved in the overall local Central Alberta Youth Unlimited Youth Engagement/Incline program.Under the direction of the acting supervisor, the Central Alberta Youth Engagement/Incline Ministry Staff are empowered to:
  • Be a liaison for schools
  • Plan and execute programs in the Incline Skateboard Park
  • Facilitate lunch programs for students in the living room area of Incline
  • Set-up and operate canteen
  • Updating Social Media
  • Oversee rentals
  • Provide admin support for program workers/volunteers
  • Review waivers
  • Organize storage rooms
  • Maintain Planning Center
  • Communication with parents/guardians of youth and Timber staff, as needed
  • Meet with supervisor regularly, attend staff meetings, and pray for other staff.
  • Participate in recruiting and in the orientation of volunteers. Provide prayer support, resources and encouragement for volunteer staff.
  • Participate in Central Alberta Youth Unlimited fundraising events as requested.
  • Complete monthly Ministry Reports as required, adhere to the Central Alberta Youth Unlimited Staff Policy Manual, and abide by health and safety requirements.
  • Pursue an active, growing relationship with God by participating in a local church community and a small group or mentoring relationship. Pray for and with other staff. Engage in worship and spiritual rhythms.
