- Review emails and manage inbox
- Identify key information in request submitted through email to determine the method of response, email or mail-out
- Review all information for accuracy and work with customers on resolving any discrepancies
- Follow established processes for tracking and logging informationQualifications:- Good working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Excel, Data Entry, and experience with general accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
