
Manager, Product – Policy change and Billing

- Lead, coach and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver alluring digital experiences.
- Understand business needs and opportunities, translating them into impactful strategies.
- Promote the benefits of digital transactions to internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Detail the product roadmap with your team to bring new value to customers, increase digital adoption and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other management members to implement strategies, set goals and performance indicators, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
- Participate in setting priorities for the team, planning appropriate objectives and operational efficiencies to meet or exceed the goals set by senior executives.
- Responsible for projecting, measuring and reporting business value of all team initiatives. Follow success of implementation and support improvement of future iterations.
- Conduct recruitment and mentoring initiatives, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and individual career development planning
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, product management, digital creation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with more than 3 years in product management.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing professionals.
- Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive product decisions.
- Passion for innovation and a relentless drive for excellence.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies.
- Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
