Responsibilities
The incumbent lawyer will be hitting the ground running, taking on a substantial file load of complex and engaging construction disputes. This work will include but not be limited to builders liens, construction defects (design, structural, electrical), project delays / extensions, as well as defending professional liability claims on behalf of individuals such as architects, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, and others.Qualifications
  • Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience post call
  • Be comfortable with a billable target of 1650
  • Substantial experience with construction litigation / professional liability matters
