- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
- Deliver product demos and tailored sales presentations
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with decision-makers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closing roles
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Experience managing pipeline and forecasting revenue
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional remote work setup with reliable internet
- Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or subscription-based businesses
- Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia)
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles and mid-to-high ticket deals
