- Experience supporting children or adults with special needs or
- Experience selling into the education sector in Ontario
- Build and deepen relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Develop a prospecting strategy to reach new school boards, educators, clinics, and accessibility teams
- Understand customer needs and present solutions that align with their priorities, timelines, and purchasing cycles in both the public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to shape our BLV product offerings and supporting marketing materials
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure both the smooth on-boarding of new clients and troubleshooting , and long‑term satisfaction of our existing customer base.
- Sales or account management experience with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach
- Background (or genuine interest) in assistive technology, special education, or tools for diverse learners
- Experience working with or selling to school boards, educators, or therapy/clinical environments
- Post‑secondary education related to special education, AAC, sight enhancement/substitution technologies, or disability support would be a significant advantage
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
- Independent thinker with solid problem‑solving abilities
- Team player who values long‑term relationships and understands the needs of educators and clinicians
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; French is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office
