Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The T&O Digital Operations Technology team is searching for a Senior delivery manager to lead Agile and Agile hybrid projects in the Operations Technology domain space. From delivering enhancements, to executing on BAU deliverables, to driving business value and efficiency within RBC, this role will help bring to life capabilities which allow Operations teams across enterprise to deliver the best in-class customer experience.What will you do?Remove impediments to deliver outcomes and results through proactive management of internal and external dependencies, critical thinking/problem solving, and development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challengesNavigate and identify shared technology services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives. Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team.Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues.
