As a Senior Art Director/Copywriter Team, you are all about concepts and the big idea. You love coming up with creative ways to deliver on a communications strategy. You enjoy collaborating with art directors and designers and applying great thinking to everything from broadcast film campaigns to social media and everything in between. You possess good communication and presentation skills and effectively work within a cross-functional team.Responsibilities:
  • Generate strong concepts and champion ideas with enthusiasm.
  • Apply your great Art Direction/Copywriting skills to create compelling concepts for integrated campaign and social work
  • Present concepts and rationale to key clients.
  • Work closely with other members of the creative team, strategists, account group and everyone else involved in creating great work.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior writers and other team members to elevate the overall quality of work.
  • Innovate in Emerging Platforms: Stay ahead of digital and social trends, experimenting with new formats and technologies to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to clients, balancing creative ambition with strategic goals, and confidently addressing feedback.
What you bring to the table:
  • Excellent strategic and conceptual thinker.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong, persuasive, client management abilities
  • Exceptional people skills. A team player.
  • 5+ years experience in an agency environment.
  • Up to date on the latest trends in online marketing and technology.
