Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
Fit pipe using shop control drawings(acorn)
Fabrication experience is an asset
Tack weld fitting components
Prepping/grinding factory bevelled pipe ends.
Utilize elbow jigs, external clamps whenever possible
Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
May perform other duties as assigned such as operating skid steer
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be an Alberta registered apprentice or ticketed journeyman (or hold an apprenticeship or journeyman certificate recognized by AIT)
CSTS-09 and/or CSO
Tacking & Fabrication Shop experience is considered an asset
Shop Hydro Experience is considered an asset
Able to work well in a team environment
Must be physically able to lift 50lbs and climb in/under units in the field
