We are currently seeking a "RAR Functional Consultant" for a contract role with one of our clients in Toronto, ON/Remote. Please do review the job description below and apply it for it.Duration: 09+ MonthsKey ResponsibilitiesFunctional Design & ConfigurationRefine “TO-BE” process flows into detailed configuration specifications for SAP RAR.Configure revenue recognition rules, settlement objects, revenue item categories, and settlement profiles in S/4HANA.Translate approved WRICEF specifications into configurable system settings.Facilitate and lead configuration workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Integration & ValidationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RAR integration with upstream and downstream processes (SD, FI/CO, BRIM, etc.).Validate end-to-end revenue flows, settlement postings, and reporting outputs against IFRS 15 requirements.Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.Project Execution & SupportLead the functional delivery of RAR workstreams in alignment with project milestones.Document functional specifications, configuration rationale, and test scripts.Provide knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing functional support to business users.Partner with finance, sales, and IT teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in revenue accounting processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with at least 2+ years specialized in SAP RAR implementation or support.Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition requirements and practical application within SAP.Hands-on experience configuring RAR components in S/4HANA (rules, item categories, settlement profiles, contract modifications).Proven experience delivering end-to-end RAR implementations, including Blueprint, configuration, testing, and cutover.Familiarity with WRICEF objects and ability to translate functional needs into system configuration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and cross-functional discussions.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or retail sectors.Exposure to SAP BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management) and SD integration.SAP certification in RAR or Finance.Regards, Shivam Sengar Contact: 289.270.1767 Mail: shivam.sengar@artech.com
