Job Description:OverviewAt KPMG, you'll be part of a diverse and dedicated team of problem-solving professionals with a common goal: to translate information into opportunities for our customers and communities around the world.We're looking for a strategic leader with a passion for technical challenges to lead digital transformation projects focused on data and artificial intelligence (AI), with an emphasis on the adoption and integration of advanced solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.Equipped with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, the candidate will also have hands-on experience in the planning, design, development and implementation of AI solutions, while promoting responsible governance and use of these revolutionary technologies.What you will do
  • Define and execute the vision for data, AI and augmented productivity across Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio among others), aligning these initiatives with customer needs and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and lead requirements gathering workshops and create detailed requirements documentation.
  • Oversee the large-scale deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents to existing customer systems and internal departments (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, etc.)
  • Design and oversee the development of conversational agents and automated applications using low-code/no-code tools, including the Power Platform. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.
  • Support the implementation of an AI usage framework focused on ethics, transparency, security and regulatory compliance of data and AI initiatives.
  • Train end-users, popularize technical concepts to stakeholders, including executive management, and act as ambassador-driver of digital innovation through AI adoption.
  • Oversee the documentation of processes and solutions to ensure their scalability and sustainability.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-industry projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, including tracking adoption, creating a business case and reporting to customer management.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Crucial for dealing with team members, management and client stakeholders.
  • Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members.
  • Proactive in setting priorities and managing multiple deadlines.
What you bring to the role
  • At least 7 years' experience in business requirements analysis and delivery (gathering, documenting, delivering and maintaining customer requirements) and hands-on experience deploying generative AI technologies, including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • A technical background (in IT, software engineering, etc.) combined with strong business acumen
  • Skills in artificial intelligence, AI query engineering and responsible AI principles (bias, transparency, governance).
  • Strong experience in leading customer workshops with key business stakeholders, requirements and design discussions, and facilitating internal team meetings.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, ability to popularize technical concepts and to operate in dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
