From our incredible partnerships with iconic luxury brands, to our commitments to corporate social responsibility, you will be inspired every day.The Change Specialist (12 Month Contract) will play a key role in supporting Holt Renfrew’s Purchase Experience Project, a transformational initiative focused on reshaping how our customers complete their purchases, both in-store and online. This includes enabling the rollout of new systems, tools, and processes that will modernize the purchase journey and deliver a seamless, unified experience across all channels.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Support the planning and execution of change management activities for the Purchase Experience Project and other key enterprise initiatives:Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive adoption and minimize resistanceSupport change impact and readiness assessments, to identify gaps and areas for targeted supportCoordinate with the Learning and Development team on training curriculums, materials and logistics, prior to rolloutsSupport the delivery of in-person / virtual instructor-led trainingDevelop and deliver communication materials, such as a ‘Case for Change’, key messaging, FAQs, etc., to support engagementTrack and report on change management activities, adoption metrics, and feedback from business partnersProvide coordination and logistical support for change-related activities and workshopsWork under the direction of Manager, Futures, Change on ad-hoc requestsBuild and maintain strong relationships with store and corporate partners to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of new ways of workingContribute to the continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and processesThe ideal candidate:Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience (e.g., Change Management, Communications, Business/Management, Project Management)2–3 years of post-university work experience in change management, project coordination, or communicationsFamiliarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships and work effectively in a collaborative environmentAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFrench language proficiency is an asset, but not a requirementExperience in retail or service-oriented environments is an assetThe measures of success:Contribution to successful delivery of project outcomes (e.g., adoption rates, training effectiveness, communication engagement)Timely and high-quality completion of assigned deliverablesFeedback from project teams and business partnersDemonstration of Holt Renfrew Brand Spirit:Passion – Own itExcellence – Elevate every momentWarmth – Open to the worldUnity – One team. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
