- Experience leading a team composed of requirements management specialists, Interface Specialists, Technical Quality Assurance experts, and similar.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the standard IS0 15288 and its application in the railway sector.
- Experience working with Requirement Management tools such as DOORS NG or ComplyPro.
- Able to demonstrate ability and experience in formulating and implementing System Engineering plans and processes and ensuring that project teams operate in accordance with those plans and processes.
- Knowledge of the design phase of project lifecycles and the stage gate assurance process.
- Prepare or review Systems Engineering Management plans, including the Requirements Managements Plan, V&V Management Plan, System Quality Assurance Plan, Configuration Management Plan, etc.
- Review Verification and Validation evidence against requirements and specifications.
- Review derived requirements, including safety and security requirements.
- Perform requirements analysis and identify gaps, redundancies, contradictions.
- Prepare periodic reports on the progress of V&V activities.
- Prepare weekly or monthly status and engineering reports to Customer.
- Coordinate with the design team and lead the implementation of a robust stage gate systems engineering process throughout the design phase.
- Collaborate and interface with subcontractors, stakeholder and internal teams on various design activities and associated artefacts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + 8 years experience performing Systems Engineering activities in Railway projects.
- At least 15 years of experience working in Railway Projects.
- Peng certification
