- Lead the business vision and governance of project management within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and technology solutions (D365, Power BI, and related applications).
- Provide product and process leadership as Product Owner and Business Process Owner (BPO) for the end-to-end opportunity and project management lifecycle.
- Oversee and prioritize the D365 enhancement portfolio, including demand management, backlog structuring, and prioritization based on business value, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead the development and execution of the functional roadmap in collaboration with IT teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
- Guide the design and evolution of the solution by translating business needs into coherent and high-performing processes and functionalities within D365 and Power BI.
- Drive data quality, consistency, and governance, and measure the impact of enhancements on the operational and financial performance of projects.
- Define and lead performance management through KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to functional quality assurance activities during deployments and ensure solution stability and reliability.
- Provide cross-functional leadership and influence across Operations, Finance, and IT by facilitating decisions, trade-offs, and priority alignment.
- Contribute to change management and solution adoption, including training, documentation, user support, and facilitating communities of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) or a master’s degree: an asset.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in project or portfolio management, ideally in professional services or engineering consulting.
- Experience in process improvement and performance management (KPIs, dashboards).
- Excellent knowledge of project management processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of project financials (margin, WIP, cash flow).
- Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Business value orientation, rigor, and strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in both French and English is required to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders across Canada.
